BIRTH DOULA
BIRTH DOULA SERVICES
As your doula, my goal is to help you create a birth experience that you will cherish for a lifetime. One of my favorite things about being a birth doula is helping each family tailor fit their experience in a way that is most meaningful to them and that supports their highest held ideals and values.
Pregnancy Suppot:
Throughout the duration of your pregnancy, you will have unlimited communication with me via text, phone and email to answer questions and help you find resources. You will also have full access to my lending library.
We will have two prenatal visits together to discuss the vision you have for your birth, create a birth plan and prepare mentally, physically and emotionally for labor and birth. At these meetings we will also discuss my role in your labor and how you and your significant other anticipate us working together!

I will be on call for you 24/7 from 37 weeks until the birth or your baby. During this time, I will be available day or night to answer questions and help you determine when you are in labor.
Labor Support:
During labor I will be there for you as an emotional and physical support person. I will also help you and your partner advocate for yourself and the desired outcome of your birth, should the need arise.
Some of the ways that I will support you is through positive affirmation, relaxation and breathing techniques, massage, coping techniques including counter-pressure and effective positioning. As my client you will also have access to my TENS unit throughout labor as well as a plethora of birthing tools (i.e. birth balls, peanut balls, rebozo scarf, etc).
I will also aid your partner and teach them how they can best support you throughout labor.
Post Birth Support:
Immediately following your birth, I will stay with you for up to two hours to help assist with breastfeeding (if requested), and anything else that you and your family might need as you are getting settled.
Post Partum Support:
We will have two postpartum visits after your birth. At these visits we can discuss questions you have regarding breastfeeding, postpartum and basic newborn care. I have lots of resources and knowledge that I will share with you to help you get the care that you need for you and your baby! I will also be there to help you process your birth and answer any questions that you have.
Investment:
I believe every family should have access to a doula! Because of this, I am happy to work with you on a payment plan, as well as adjust my standard package to fit your needs! If the cost of a doula is out of reach for you right now, send me a message and we will work together to find a solution for you and your family.
Standard Package: $1,200.00
